Here Some Reviews From Char Broil K6B Cutomers:

  • I did indeed read “all” the reviews. I also could not find any grill on the market this size and btu for even twice the price. I took a chance, put it together with all the fear reviews posted, and did not strip even one sheet metal screw, but the heads up was very helpful. This Char Broil K6B grill is amazing, heats fast and evenly. The side burner is large and sturdy. An 8 quart pot full is not a problem. One super benefit, especially during canning season, is long cooking times of jams and jellies, soups and deep frying can be done on the side eye with great result, but use a heavy gauge cooking utensil as it gets HOT, air conditioner runs much less with long cooking projects completed outdoors. I use the Char Broil K6B at least 4 times a week with many types of food with fabulous results. Clean up is super easy as the bottom of the Char Broil K6B grill slides out for easy grease and splatter cleanup. The grates clean up with ease with a grill brush, but if sugary foods like peaches or glazed hams add sticky to the mix I rinse the grates and put them in the dishwasher. They are ceramic coated and come out like new, go figure. If you grill often I suggest that you own an extra propane bottle as standby backup. I find it a great convenience to just swap the bottle allows me to refill without a special trip. This Char Broil K6B Grill at capacity will burn some propane. I am very well pleased with this purchase.
  • It took about 2 hours to assemble. I found this grill even thou I wasn’t look for it.
I found it at Fry’s for 299.00!!It has 65K BTU and it heats up quick! The Char Broil K6B grill has 3 spark points; the main grill, the sear and the pot burner.
  • The Char Broil K6B grill is outstanding. I love the searing burner.
Putting it together is not fun. The instructions are hard to read and the illustrations are completely useless. The parts list doesn’t include numbering so you can match parts to what the instructions are saying.
